Digital Resources for Mental Health Support

There is a suite of resources for Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health support available for residents of Neath Port Talbot and Swansea. We have worked collaboratively with partners to help develop and promote two websites for adults, young people and their carers.

This work is as a result of our Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health strategy.

SortedSupported is a website developed collaboratively to provide advice to citizens and professionals of Neath Port Talbot and Swansea on what support is available for a wide variety of Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health issues.
